Funds are to increase the health advocacy capacity of the Roma civil society in Serbia by promoting Roma involvement in an initiative of the Ministry of Health to improve the health status of the Roma community. The grant will also support the creation of a network of Public Health Centers and Roma NGOs working in Serbia, involved in the implementation of the Ministry of Health program, in order to ensure sustainability of partnerships, exchange of information and promotion of best practices. The project is co-funded with the Fund for an Open Society Serbia.
