A grant to promote appropriate and community-oriented health services for drug users in the Roma community in Sofia, Bulgaria, with specific focus on HIV prevention and reduction of drug-related harm. The project will support expanding the activities of the drop-in center for drug users and creating a model of a low-threshold methadone maintenance program oriented towards the needs of Roma drug users.
