Grantee List

Grantees
HealthMonitor Non-profit Public Purpose Ltd
2008

A grant to reduce health inequities affecting the Roma communities through better information, decisions, and interventions. HealthMonitor will establish a Health Intelligence Center to facilitate the improvement of relevant public health information and knowledge on Roma health, and it will assist in sharing best practices in tackling inequity in the Decade of Roma Inclusion countries. The Center will work on bringing together relevant international experience, researchers, advocates, and other key stakeholders and it will enhance the generation and integration of valid and policy-relevant information with a special focus on Roma health, health equity and its social and economic determinants in the region. This collaboration will aim to become a useful reference source for information and knowledge, and a regional network that is sustainable on a long term.
