Funds are to raise the quality and number of print and electronic media materials on Roma health issues in the mainstream media in Macedonia. The grant will also support the creation of effective media advocacy tools for improving the national policy on Roma health issues and increasing access of Roma to better health care services in Macedonia. Media materials produced by mixed teams of Roma media students and professional journalists intend to increase visibility around the situation concerning Roma access to health care and will be broadcasted and published in the mainstream media.
