Addressing Direct and Indirect Discrimination in Roma Access to Health Care

Funds are to support the involvement of Roma activists and communities in the design of mechanisms to monitor the implementation of local and national health programs implemented in Shuto Orizari municipality. Specific activities include training Roma rights activists in program evaluation, monitoring and report writing, and informing activists about Roma health-related aspects of the Decade of Roma Inclusion Action Plan. Assistance for identification and other legal documents and social care provisions will be provided for families in need. The project is co-funded with the Open Society Institute Macedonia.
