Produced with the support of OSI’s Roma Health Project, Persistence Pays outlines the health promotion efforts undertaken among the Roma community by the Initiative for Health Foundation, based in Sofia. Providing an overview of harm reduction activities and other health promotion work targeting Roma injecting drug users, the report showcases how one NGO has sought to overcome social, cultural, and economic barriers in working with and for the Roma population.
