ICWSAR promotes the involvement of HIV positive women in policy development and political decision-making processes. It builds capacity among HIV positive women to monitor government compliance with political commitments and advocates for more effective and inclusive approaches to policy development and implementation. The organization promotes improved access to treatment and care for all HIV positive women in Swaziland and devotes significant time and effort to advocating for sexual, reproductive, social and economic rights.

ICWSAR will implement community-led monitoring and advocacy activities in the regions of Hhohho, Shesilweni, Manzini, and Lobombo in Swaziland.
