2006

Coalition "I Can Live" has been operating since 2004. It unites seven NGOs and twelve experts among its members who are interested in effective solutions to dependency on illicit drugs and related issues such as HIV/AIDS, communicable diseases, sex work, etc. The coalition seeks to create a safer and healthier society by advocating for improvements to the government's policies on dependencies with a particular emphasis on access to treatment for vulnerable groups.
