Rights of People with Intellectual Disabilities: Access to Education and Employment

August 2005

OSI

Produced by OSI's EU Monitoring and Advocacy Program (EUMAP) and Mental Health Initiative, Rights of People with Intellectual Disabilities: Access to Education and Employment is a series of 14 country reports on the rights of people with intellectual disabilities in Europe. The reports monitor the degree to which existing international standards and national legislation are heeded and applied. Each report includes specific policy recommendations targeting both domestic and international decision-makers.

Reports on Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and the U.K. are available to download below. For further information on the monitoring project, including future release dates for country reports, see www.eumap.org/topics/inteldis/reports.
