AIDES, France's leading HIV/AIDS organization, is holding a series of best-practice seminars to be implemented as part of the AIDS Action & Integration Projects, with support from OSI's International Harm Reduction Development Program. The next seminar, "Women: Facing HIV in Our Wider Europe: Promoting Community-Based Approaches," will be held October 6–8, 2005, in Paris. The working languages will be Russian and Polish.
Applications must be submitted to AIDES no later than September 12. The application form and more details on the seminar in English, Russian, and Polish, may be downloaded by clicking below, and are also available at www.integration-projects.org.
The AIDS Action & Integration Projects are designed to promote the development of local, community-based action on HIV/AIDS in Central and Eastern Europe, especially in the new and future member states of the European Union. IHRD is supporting AIDES to enhance inclusion of countries in which OSI works, including those that are not necessarily “new neighbors” of the EU.
