Coalition Asks Commission on Narcotic Drugs Not to Exclude NGOs

On February 6, 2007, a coalition of nongovernmental organizations, including OSI's Public Health Program, wrote to members of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs expressing concern about a recommendation that the Committee of the Whole be closed to NGOs. That letter, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's response, are available below.
