Central & Eastern European Harm Reduction Network (CEEHRN)
CEEHRN supports the development of harm reduction by working with NGOs, governments, and international organizations to provide information, best-practices models, training, and other resources. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, CEEHRN represents more than 100 organizations across Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Drug Policy Alliance
Formerly known as The Lindesmith Center - Drug Policy Foundation, the alliance works to broaden the U.S. public debate on drug policy and to promote realistic alternatives to the war on drugs based on science, compassion, public health, and human rights.

International Center for Advancement of Addiction Treatment
The center promotes the humane treatment of people who are living with opiate addiction by making available to healthcare providers relevant medical, legal, and policy information and by advocating for change in attitudes that constrain optimal treatment delivery.

International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA)
IHRA focuses on advocacy, research, training, evaluation, and best-practices development around harm reduction issues.

International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine
The alliance supports community action against HIV/AIDS; develops community support for people with HIV and those close to them; and seeks to reduce the stigmatization of, and improve services for, people with HIV and those groups most vulnerable to HIV.

New Drug Policy (Russia)
"New Drug Policy" is a strategic alliance of organizations with a common mission to support rational change in Russian drug policies, based on human rights and public health principles. (Site available in Russian only).
