Canadian Foundation for Drug Policy (CFDP)
CFDP acts as a forum for the exchange of views among those interested in reform of drug policies; serves as a vehicle for sharing those views and for discussing significant drug policy issues with government, the public, other organizations and the media; and, where necessary, recommends alternatives to make Canada's drug laws and policies effective and humane.

Human Rights and the Drug War

Transnational Institute
The Transnational Institute is an independent, non-partisan fellowship of committed scholar-activists. It was one of the first research institutes established to be transnational in name, composition, orientation and focus. TNI seeks to create and promote international cooperation in analyzing and finding solutions to a range of global problems. TNI’s Drugs and Democracy project is a leading source of scholarship on the effects of UN drug conventions and international drug control strategies.
