Burnet Institute, Centre for International Health
Based in Melbourne, Australia, the Burnet Centre works to implement harm reduction and related programs; to conduct comprehensive research into harm reduction issues and to widely disseminate findings; to promote and support advocacy for harm reduction; to build capacity and deliver training in harm reduction practice for a variety of audiences; to develop strategic alliances and partnerships for the promotion and implementation of harm reduction activities.

Canadian Foundation for Drug Policy (CFDP)
CFDP acts as a forum for the exchange of views among those interested in reform of drug policies; serves as a vehicle for sharing those views and for discussing significant drug policy issues with government, the public, other organizations and the media; and, where necessary, recommends alternatives to make Canada's drug laws and policies effective and humane.

Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network
The network is the only national, community-based, charitable organization in Canada working exclusively in the area of policy and legal issues raised by HIV/AIDS. The site includes publications and developments in drug policy and harm reduction.

Common Sense for Drug Policy
A non-profit dedicated to expanding discussion on drug policy in the United States by publicizing the ideas of those raising questions about existing laws and educating the public about alternatives to current policies.

Drug Action Network
A website dedicated to ending the “war on drugs” in the United States.

Drug Policy Alliance
Formerly known as The Lindesmith Center - Drug Policy Foundation, the alliance works to broaden the U.S. public debate on drug policy and to promote realistic alternatives to the war on drugs based on science, compassion, public health, and human rights.

Drug Reform Coordination Network (DRCNet)
A national network of more than 21,000 activists and concerned citizens working for drug policy reform from a variety of perspectives, including harm reduction, reform of sentencing and forfeiture laws, medicalization of currently Schedule I drugs, and promotion of an open debate on drug prohibition.

DrugSense
DrugSense provides information on existing U.S. drug policies as part of an effort to heighten awareness of the consequences of the ongoing "War on Drugs."

DrugText
Operated by the International Harm Reduction Association, Drug Text provides comprehensive information on substance use-related risk reduction.

European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction
The center provides the European Union and its member states with objective, reliable, and comparable information concerning drugs and their consequences. It also plays a key role in implementing the EU joint action on new synthetic drugs as well as monitoring national and community strategies and policies and their impact on the drug situation.

Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU)
HCLU promotes the fundamental rights and principles laid down by the Hungarian Constitution and by international agreements, giving pride of place to the protection of personal freedoms, of human dignity, and of privacy.

International Drug Policy Consortium
The International Drug Policy Consortium is a global network of national and international NGOs that specialize in issues related to illegal and legal drug use. The site provides access to a wide range of drug policy reports and events produced by the IDPC, its members, and related organizations.

International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA)
IHRA focuses on advocacy, research, training, evaluation, and best-practices development around harm reduction issues. They also have a blog of harm reduction and human rights issues at http://www.ihrablog.net.

International Network of People Who Use Drugs (INPUD)
This international network of drug user activists works to connect drug user movements around the world and foster greater involvement of people who use drugs in policy making.

Media Awareness Project (MAP)
MAP is a worldwide network dedicated to drug policy reform, focusing on informing public opinion and promoting balanced media coverage.
