The Drug Policy Alliance convenes the Reform Conference every two years, to bring together drug policy reformers from across the United States and around the world.

Conference attendees comprise federal, state, and local elected officials, health care professionals, public health administrators, drug counselors, people in recovery as well as active drug users, criminal justice advocates, law enforcement officers, students, educators, and grassroots activists.
