Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Event Date: November 12, 2009 - November 14, 2009

The Drug Policy Alliance convenes the Reform Conference every two years, to bring together drug policy reformers from across the United States and around the world.

The International Harm Reduction Development Program of the Open Society Institute will fund scholarships in order to support the participation of our international partners.

The conference will include plenaries, panel discussions, roundtables, and training sessions on such topics as advocacy; harm reduction; foreign and international drug policies; prohibition, decriminalization, and legalization; medical marijuana; and sentencing reform. Conference attendees comprise federal, state, and local elected officials, health care professionals, public health administrators, drug counselors, people in recovery as well as active drug users, criminal justice advocates, law enforcement officers, students, educators, and grassroots activists.
