The dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic people whose work IHRD supports provide harm reduction services under challenging circumstances. Operating controversial and sometimes vilified services for society's marginalized would seem to be enough. But now we are asking harm reduction projects supported by the Open Society Institute (OSI) to do even more because they must be self-sustaining when funding ends after the three to four year maximum.
