About

Their mission is to promote the development and further implementation of democratic principles and approaches in the national education with a special focus on support quality education for vulnerable groups of population such as children with special needs, low income families, refugees and IDPs, and minorities. They support reforming national education system to meet new needs related with new developmental stage such as political independency, market economy, democratization of the society. They also serve as a national channel for modern ideas in the worldwide education and as an agent between families/community and national system of education. Main activities include implementing inclusive education projects, RWCT in Higher Education, anticorruption and other projects. They have experience in inclusive education projects. They work on anticorruption field as well. The RWCT Education against Corruption program is designed to form an active civic position among students and to increase the level of intolerance toward corruption. Its goal is to create a flexible curriculum of anti-corruption education and prepare methodological recommendations for Azeri school teachers on how to implement the program. They implement RWCT in Higher Education which aims to integrate RWCT methodology into the university curricula, thus helping educators to meet the challenges of contemporary science, to restructure the teaching process, as well as to present consistent and theoretically grounded teaching methods that will encourage students to learn actively and think critically.
