About

CEPA aims to assist in the development of policy coordination mechanisms and in the whole of the policy-making process. CEPA maintains the importance of open dialogue, horizontal cooperation and inter-policy coordination as central to this goal. Activities include: providing technical assistance for policy-makers in governments and stakeholder groups; carrying out policy research and analysis; preparing strategic policy recommendations with the purpose of developing the content of education policy in a framework of open dialogue; developing public policy analysis reports, supports strategic planning and prepares analysis for decision-making ordered by the different actors in education policy; information management, training and dissemination related to the above mentioned activities. They also promote the development of international dimensions in education policy planning.

OSI Affiliation

CEPA was established in 2003 as a public organization. It is a member of the Network of Education Policy Centers. This network is facilitated by the Education Support Program (ESP), Open Society Institute Budapest.
