South Eastern European Education Ministry Officials Meet in Bucharest
As a follow-up to a December 2002 meeting in Vienna, a March 2003 meeting in Bucharest was jointly organized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research and the Task Force on Education and Youth. The Bucharest meeting aimed to provide the opportunity to agree on a final draft of the Joint Memorandum of Understanding in order to be signed by the SEE Ministers of Education in June 2003. The officials also sought to develop an Action Plan for implementing the MOU and a methodology for collecting best practices in education in SEE. OSI was invited to participate in the meeting.
