Annual Report: Education Support Program of the Open Society Institute
In 2007, the OSI Education Support Program (ESP) made significant progress toward its mission of advocating against global disparities in the provision of education and promoting access to education for marginalized children. Moving beyond its longstanding emphasis on the post-socialist countries of Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Mongolia, ESP has expanded into Africa, South Asia, the Middle East and Turkey.
