International Committee of the Red Cross/ Red Crescent
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works around the world on a strictly neutral and impartial basis to protect and assist people affected by armed conflicts and internal disturbances. It is a humanitarian organization mandated by the international community to be the guardian of international humanitarian law, and is the founding body of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

Mental Disability Advocacy Center
The Mental Disability Advocacy Center promotes and protects the rights of people with mental health problems and/or intellectual disabilities in 28 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Central Asia.

World Health Organization
The World Health Organization is the United Nations' specialized agency for health. Its objective is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health; it defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
