Filip Noubel
Senior Analyst, International Crisis Group (ICG) Filip Noubel joined ICG in July 2002 as a senior analyst. He had previously worked as a journalist in Central Asia, where he was editor of the Times of Central Asia and, more recently, was director of Internews, a broadcasting project in Kyrgyzstan. Noubel has also worked for the United Nations reporting service IRIN. In previous posts he worked in Nepal and China. |
