OSI Information on Broadcast Media for the 2008 Montenegro Report

In July 2008, the Open Society Institute submitted information about the situation of broadcast media in four countries to the European Commission, to serve as relevant material and background information for the preparation of the commission’s 2008 progress reports on the stabilization and association process.

This report includes selected information on the specific topic of broadcast media in Montenegro. The material is extracted from in-depth research currently carried out by the Open Society Institute. The report on Montenegro was researched by Ranko Vujović, a local media expert, and is included in the Open Society Institute series of reports Television across Europe.

The Open Society Institute–Brussels facilitated the input of Soros foundations and partners in Montenegro into the European Commission consultation.
