Date:
November 2007

This document, created on the initiative of the Open Society Georgia Foundation, Heinrich-Boell-Stiftung, and Eurasia Foundation, calls for intensified debates and discussions on the priorities of the European Neighborhood Policy Action Plan.

The paper broadly follows the structure of the ENP Action Plan priorities. Georgian experts propose to the representatives of the European Commission and Georgian officials a list of measures which will address the new problems and challenges which recently emerged during the process of implementation of reforms in Georgia in the areas of rule of law, protection of human rights, improvement of the investment environment, peaceful resolution of conflicts and sustainable development.
