Ann Isabelle von Lingen

Ann Isabelle von Lingen is responsible for justice and antidiscrimination issues and the Western Balkans. She joined the Open Society Institute–Brussels as a research assistant in October 2002.
Von Lingen holds a BA in history and European studies from University of Sussex and an MA in politics, security, and integration from the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies in London. She is fluent in English, French and German.
