Pearly Raynal

Pearly Raynal is responsible for the overall administration of the Open Society Institute-Brussels, including day-to-day operations, staff administration, and internal information. She joined the Open Society Institute–Brussels in February 2008. Raynal has several years experience in European nonprofits and small business administration. Before to joining the Open Society Foundations, she worked for the Platform of European Social NGOs (Social Platform). She is experienced in the organization of events, the development and implementation of communications tools, and the administration of EU projects and finances.

Prior to joining the Open Society Foundations, Raynal worked in the public policy communications division of the Ogilvy communications group in Brussels. At Ogilvy, she handled the campaigns budget and coordinated print production projects. Raynal is of dual Belgian and Mauritian nationality. She is fluent in English and French.
