Nadja Groot
Program AssistantNadja Groot supports the management and coordination of research and pilot projects tackling innovative approaches to keeping societies open in Europe. She joined the Open Society Institute-Brussels in May 2011.
Prior to joining the Open Society Foundations, Groot participated in a fellowship program at the European Parliament and worked with a Dutch NGO on education and minority relations in the Western Balkans. She is a board member of a youth exchange organization in the Netherlands.
Groot holds a BA in educational science and development studies and an MA in international relations from the University of Amsterdam. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
