OSI Announces Baltimore Venture Fund
Open Society Institute–Baltimore and a group of Baltimore-area foundations and financial institutions have raised $15 million to create more than 1,000 new jobs for low-income Baltimore residents and financial returns for investors to do more good.

It will eventually become part of a $50 million multi-state fund managed by The Reinvestment Fund.
