Baltimore Urban Debate League (BUDL)
BUDL is a nonprofit that works to enrich the academic experience of students from public high schools in Baltimore, Maryland through participation in team policy debate and its associated classroom activities. The league especially targets students with untapped potential who are disengaged from the traditional high school classroom.
