Rowe is creating Habits for Success, a program that builds on the strength of the family by mobilizing community resources in Baltimore to enhance the relationship between single mothers and their sons. In particular, the program assists mothers in recognizing the competencies of their sons, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and creates a "success identity" paradigm for both mothers and sons.
