Terrence Hickey
1998
Hickey received a fellowship to develop the Law and Public Service Academy, a legal education program at Northwestern High School. The program, which offers students a community law curriculum and practical experience in addressing community needs, is designed to encourage leadership and civic involvement among inner-city youth.
