Brown received a fellowship to conduct a youth leadership development initiative, Prelude to Greatness, in the Reservoir Hill Community. Her goal is to assist 120 African American youth in realizing their leadership potential as community organizers, enabling them to become agents of change, advocates for justice, and role models for others.
