The Open Society Institute–Baltimore’s Tackling Drug Addiction Initiative aims to make treatment more available to people without adequate insurance. Over the past ten years, OSI-Baltimore has worked with the city’s public drug addiction treatment system to make it one of the most accountable, innovative and effective municipal treatment systems in the country.
