Tania Cordes
Program AssociateStrategic Communications
Tania Cordes is the program associate for Strategic Communications. In this role, she assists in preparing publications, coordinating events, maintaining the Open Society Institute–Baltimore's website and blog, and performing administrative tasks. She also assists with communications work for OSI's national Closing the Treatment Gap Initiative, housed in the Baltimore office.
Before coming to OSI, Cordes interned at the Center for Urban Families, where she worked with their Program Planning and Evaluation department. Before that, she spent her time working at a dog rescue organization and volunteering for a small foundation established by her family.
Cordes holds a BA in English and is currently pursuing an MFA in creative writing and publications design at the University of Baltimore.
