The Program Through Partnership offers support to individuals and organizations in order to foster cross-border partnership and cooperation, and to contribute to intercultural dialogue and understanding. The program seeks innovative ideas, projects, and partnerships that foster free expression, smooth exchange, and peaceful dialogue.

The Program Through Partnership's Mobility Program welcomes applications for collaborative artistic and/or cultural initiatives involving at least three of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Turkey, Iran, and Afghanistan.
