Call for Proposals: Program for Partnership
August 16, 2004

The Arts and Culture Program is currently soliciting proposals for funding through its Program for Partnership. The 2004 application deadline has passed. Check back for information on the next round of funding.

The Arts and Culture Program aims to promote collaborative artistic and/or cultural efforts/initiatives. The "Program for Partnership" offers support to individuals and organisations in order to foster cross-border partnership and cooperation and to contribute to intercultural dialogue and understanding. The Program seeks innovative ideas, projects and partnerships, which further free expression, exchanges, and dialogues.

The Arts and Culture Program welcomes applications for initiatives that involve the mobility of artists and cultural operators in between at least three of the target countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. However, partners from Afghanistan and Iran are also welcome to be involved in the proposed initiatives, and they will receive the same consideration as the above-mentioned target countries.

For more information in English, read the Program's guidelines.
