Call for Proposals: Program for Partnership
February 3, 2004

The Arts and Culture Program is currently soliciting proposals for funding through its Program for Partnership. The application deadline is March 14, 2004.

The Arts and Culture Program provides support to individuals and organizations in order to foster cross-border partnership and cooperation, and to contribute to intercultural dialogue and understanding. The Program seeks innovative ideas, projects and partnerships, which foster free expression, smooth exchange, and peaceful dialogue. Reliable contacts are the keys to a number of communication problems across borders, therefore the establishment of such ties is the major underlying aim of the Program through Partnership.

The Program provides grants to organizations and individuals in the following countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
