Erika Dailey is deputy director of programs at the Open Society Foundations. She previously worked with the Open Society Foundations Central Eurasia Program, where she served as founding director of the Turkmenistan Project and managed grants and advocacy for the CEP region. Dailey worked previously as a researcher and advocate with Human Rights Watch, based in New York and Moscow, and has consulted with numerous rights-based organizations.
