Erika Dailey
Deputy Director of International OperationsErika Dailey is deputy director of international operations at the Open Society Institute. She previously worked in OSI's Central Eurasia Program, where she served as founding director of the Turkmenistan Project and managed grants and advocacy for the CEP region. Dailey worked previously as a researcher and advocate with Human Rights Watch, based in New York and Moscow, and has consulted with numerous rights-based organizations.
